Do students need their own smartphones?
No. SIMU is designed to work through WhatsApp, so students do not need to install a separate app. A school can decide how students access it based on the devices and connectivity available to them.
How do we know where an answer comes from?
SIMU is designed to ground its responses in the curriculum and learning materials available to it. Where a response is grounded in a source, the relevant material can be shown so a teacher or student can check it. If the system cannot find a reliable source, it should say so rather than present an unsupported answer as fact.
Which subjects are available?
Subject coverage is being expanded progressively as learning materials are prepared and the product is tested. Contact us for the current subjects available for a school demonstration.
What happens to student data?
We collect and use only the information needed to provide and improve the service, operate accounts, maintain security, and support reporting. We do not sell personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the rights available to students and their parents or guardians.
Does this replace teachers?
No. SIMU is designed as a support tool, not a replacement for teachers. It can help with questions, revision, and practice that students may otherwise struggle to get individually, while teachers remain responsible for instruction, judgement, and student support.
